Body Language

This video I found is about telling if someone is lying to you through body language. One way to tell is the person is usually anxious or nervous, they will have their hands in their pockets and seem closed off. She gives an example of how former president Bush would bite the inside of his cheek when he would come to a pause in a speech, this is usually a good indicatior that someone is anxious and perhaps lying. You may also find that a person is very rigid and still and cannot keep eye contact with you. A huge indicator of a person lying is eye contact. Lastly, the person has to think of a response before answering a simple question, and you can tell the nervousness in their voice because it can be shaky.
